Backorders & Custom Orders

On custom orders, every effort will be made to ship your order complete to eliminate additional shipping charges. In the rare instance that an item is out of stock, WattBusters will contact you via email or phone to determine if you prefer to have a partial order shipped or if you wish to hold shipment until the backordered item is available.

Shipping

WattBusters ships all orders via UPS Ground within 7-10 business days of receipt of order. Shipping within the Continental U.S. only. Must have a valid U.S. mailing address; we regret we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O.).

Continental US Orders
A flat fee of $7.00 for Shipping will be charged on custom orders regardless of order total. Shipping rates have increased dramatically and we are no longer able to ship for free.

WattBusters will provide a custom quote by phone at 1-800-517-1611 to customers requesting a bulk order purchase. Freight charges to the customers location could apply and will be quoted before the sale is finalized.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates
A flat fee of $14.00 for Shipping will be charged on all orders regardless of order total. There is no free shipping to these locations.

International Orders
WattBusters normally will only ship items to locations in the US and US Protectorates. Requests for international orders should be made by phone only at 1-800-517-1611.

Packaging

WattBusters makes every attempt to consider the impact the products we offer have on the environment. As part of that endeavor, all orders are shipped packed with Biodegradable materials. The loose fill used for packing your order is made primarily of Wheat Starch, rod-shaped pieces that dissolve completely in water.

RETURNS

WattBusters wants your purchase experience to be a positive one. We ask that you please open and inspect your order within 2 days of receipt. If you should need to initiate a return, prior to returning any product, please email our Customer Service Department at cs22@wattbusters.com or call us at 1-800-517-1611 within 30 days from delivery date. Returned product should be sent back in the original product packaging, within 30 days of delivery. WattBusters will issue a credit depending on the reason for the return, as stated in our Returns Procedures. However, the shipping costs of the returned items, if any, are considered non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped. (See Returns Procedures) Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the price of the product or replace the item if defective (See Defective Product Returns). We honor all manufacturer warranties. If there should ever be a problem, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-517-1611 or email us at cs22@wattbusters.com . We will be glad to assist you.

Returns on opened caulking or sealing products will not be accepted unless the product is defective (See Defective Product Returns). In that case, we ask that you contact our customer service department at 1-800-517-1611 or email us at cs22@wattbusters.com .com before returning the product to us.

Return shipping costs on products that ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS PROCEDURES


Incorrectly Shipped Orders
Please notify us within 5 business days from delivery date should you receive an incorrectly shipped order. Notify us by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-517-1611 or by email to cs22@wattbusters.com . We will issue a UPS Call Tag for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise and then ship a new order for the correct merchandise within five (5) business days.

Damaged Product Returns

If your order has arrived damaged, please notify WattBusters within 2 business days from delivery date. It is best to retain all packaging should UPS choose to inspect the damaged goods and box. WattBusters reserves the right to request return of the damage goods. If we do request that they be returned, we will issue a UPS Call Tag for returning those items that were damaged in transit. WattBusters will re-ship the order within 5 business days.

Defective Product Returns

If the merchandise fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, WattBusters will replace the product. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-517-1611 or email us at cs22@wattbusters.com . We will issue a UPS Call Tag for you to return the merchandise to us. You are not responsible for the cost of returning defective merchandise when a UPS Call Tag is issued. If you do not follow this procedure, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our Energy Kits are sold as a complete package. As such, returns on a kit can only be accepted for refund if returned complete with all the original kit items and in their original packaging. Returned kits with missing items will be subject to a pro-rated refund based on the missing item(s).
